Resignation of Director

AuKing Mining Limited (ASX: AKN) wishes to announce the retirement of one of its Board members, Mr Mark Fisher, with effect immediately.

Mr Fisher joined the AKN Board in late 2024 but has now elected to step down to pursue his other personal interests.

The Board has thanked Mark for his substantial contribution over the past year or so and wishes him every success in the future.
