Aukett Swanke Group Plc ("the Company")

The Company was notified today by Nicholas Thompson, a Director of the Company, that on Thursday 23 June 2016 he purchased, in his SIPP, a further 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 4.4 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Nicholas Thompson now holds 16,702,411 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 10.11% of the issued share capital of the Company.
