Duncan Harper, Group Finance Director has today given notice of his intention to resign after six and a half years with the Group.  Duncan will remain with the Group during his notice period to ensure an orderly hand over to his successor who will be appointed in due course. 

The Board wishes to express its sincere thanks and appreciation to Duncan for his diligent service and wishes him well for the future.
