AUGA group - Notification on material event

Resolutions of Warsaw Stock Exchange and KDPW regarding new shares

On 28 August 2018 Warsaw Stock Exchange adopted resolution on the admission and the introduction to exchange trading on the parallel market of 40,000,000 newly issued ordinary shares of AUGA group, AB as of 30 August 2018. This resolution is conditional on the registration of the shares and their coding as “LT0000127466” by the National Depository for Securities (Krajowego Depozytu Papierów Wartościowych S.A) on 30 August 2018.
