AudioCodes and CTI Squared Partner to Offer Enhanced Messaging and Conferencing Solutions
AudioCodes IPmedia™ servers and CTI² InTouch™ platform form basis of new, cost-effective messaging and conferencing applications for communication service providers
Lod and Herzlia Pituach, Israel – September 15, 2005 – AudioCodes (NASDAQ : AUDC), a leading provider of Voice Network products and Voice over Packet (VoP) technologies, and CTI Squared (CTI²), a leading provider of messaging and conferencing solutions for carriers and service providers, announced today an integrated solution to help telecom carriers offer more flexible and scalable messaging and conferencing solutions and provide productivity applications to subscribers.
The combined solution, comprised of AudioCodes’ IPmedia media server product-line and CTI²’s InTouch platform, is designed to enable broadband, wireline and wireless service providers to offer scalable, packet-based messaging and conferencing services over various networks such as: Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Wireless, Voice over Broadband (VoBB) and Time Division Multiplexing-based (TDM) networks.

The AudioCodes IPmedia platform enhances service providers’ existing TDMA-based offerings and enables new, packet-based services including conferencing, messaging, auto-attendant and speech-enabled services. InTouch's specialized architecture ensures seamless integration with existing systems and applications and provides a robust infrastructure for future enhanced services.

The AudioCodes IPmedia server enables enhanced voice services over a standards-based platform conforming to IMS architectures. The joint solution's open interfaces also allow smooth integration with third-party applications, such as content, billing, management, etc.
