AudioCodes Receives ISO Accreditation

Yehud, Israel and San Jose, CA – February 3, 2004- AudioCodes Ltd. (NASDAQ: AUDC), a leading provider of Voice over Packet (VoP) technologies and voice network products, today announced that its Quality Management System has been audited by the Standards Institute of Israel and found to comply with the QMS of ISO-9001:2000 and ISO Guide 9000.3:1997 under the scope of Design (hardware and software), Manufacture, Marketing and Sales of communication products for voice and fax over packet networks.
