AudioCodes Sets Earnings Release Date For Fourth Quarter and Year End 2003 Financial Results

Yehud, Israel – January 7, 2004 – AudioCodes Ltd. (NASDAQ: AUDC), a leading provider of Voice over Packet (VoP) technologies and voice network products, will release fourth quarter and year end 2003 financial results, for the period ended December 31, 2003, on the evening of Sunday, January 25, 2004. AudioCodes’ financial results will be released over the news wires, and will also be posted on the corporate Web site.

On Monday, January 26, 2004 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time AudioCodes will conduct a conference call to discuss the fourth quarter and year end 2003 results which will be simultaneously webcast. The call will feature Shabtai Adlersberg, AudioCodes Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer and Nachum Falek, AudioCodes Chief Financial Officer.
