Audioboom (AIM: BOOM), the leading global podcast company, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed, with votes cast in favour of each of the resolutions on a poll representing over 95% of votes received. Information regarding all votes cast in relation to each of the resolutions will be added to the Company's website later today.
