Result of EGM

Audioboom Group plc (AIM:BOOM), the leading spoken word audio on-demand platform, is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at its Extraordinary General Meeting, held earlier today, were duly passed.

Application has been made for 142,207,762 ordinary shares ("Second Admission Shares"), which will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in the Company, to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission in respect of the Second Admission Shares is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 26 June 2018, following which the total number of ordinary shares and voting rights in the Company will be 1,159,957,616. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company pursuant to the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
