Audinate Group Limited (ASX: AD8) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Audinate Group Limited (‘AD8’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of AD8, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 11 September 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Audinate Group Limited – Request for Trading Halt

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Audinate Group Limited ACN 618 616 916 (ASX: AD8) ( Audinate or the Company ) requests a trading halt in respect of Audinate’s ordinary shares ( Shares ) with immediate effect.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, Audinate advises:

• (a) the reason for the request is to facilitate an orderly market in the Company's securities pending an anticipated announcement by the Company regarding completion of a proposed capital raising;

• (b) the Company wishes the trading halt to remain in place until the earlier of such time as it makes the announcement, or the commencement of trading on 8 September 2023; and

• (c) the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, or of any information necessary to inform the market or ASX about the trading halt.
