Clarification of Share Purchase Plan Refund

Audinate Group Limited (ASX: AD8) ( Audinate or Company ), developer of the professional AV industry leading Dante® audio over IP networking solution, provides clarification on the method of refunds for the Share Purchase Plan ( SPP ).

Refunds of the difference between your application money and the total issue price for the shares you are allotted under the SPP will be issued in accordance with your original payment method, being either by direct credit deposit to your nominated bank account as recorded on the Audinate register or by cheque.

Refunds processed by direct credit deposit will be processed on Friday, 12 July 2019. Refunds processed by cheque will be dispatched to applicable shareholders within five business days of the allotment date, being today’s date.

Audinate recommends shareholders confirm their actual holding prior to trading in new Shares allotted under the SPP.
