Securities Subject to Voluntary Escrow to be Released

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, Audinate Group Limited (‘Audinate’ or the ‘Company’) advises the following securities will be released from escrow on 27 August 2018.

Fully paid ordinary shares (including 843,658 sharesissued on exercise of unlisted options)	33,533,988
Unlisted options	638,000

These securities will be released from escrow on the day of release of the Company’s financial results for the year ended 30 June 2018 in accordance with the restriction deeds signed by shareholders at the time of the initial public offer as disclosed in the pre-quotation disclosure released to ASX at the time of listing. It should be noted that the prospectus stated “three days after the release of the results” in error.
