Change of Auditor

Audinate Group Limited (ASX: AD8), advises, as required by ASX Listing Rule 3.16.3, of a change of auditor from Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu ( Deloitte ) to Ernst & Young. The change of auditor follows a competitive tender process and the resignation of Deloitte and ASIC’s consent to Deloitte’s resignation.

The appointment of Ernst & Young was approved by shareholders at the Company’s Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) held earlier today and the change of auditor came into effect at the close of the AGM.

The Board thanks Deloitte for their past assistance and services provided as auditor.
