Audientes A/S nominates Peter Røpke to join the Board of Directors
Audientes A/S nominates Peter Røpke, CEO at RTX A/S to join the board of directors at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on 13 April 2021. The board's competencies are thus strengthened in relation to product and technology development and consumer electronics mass market production.

Audientes' Board of Directors nominates Peter Røpke to the Board of Directors at the annual general meeting on 13 April 2021. The Board of Directors is thus expanded from 3 to 4 members. Peter Røpke, CEO of the listed company RTX A/S, has many years of experience from large international organizations in product and technology development, including consumer electronics production. Peter Røpke was previously CEO of the listed company Flügger A/S and has also been Executive Vice President of Grundfos Management A/S and Senior Vice President of Nokia Corporation.
"We are extremely pleased that Peter Røpke has agreed to be nominated to our Board of Directors. Peter will undoubtedly, with his many years of experience in product and technology development, be able to contribute actively to the future commercialization of Audientes' smart self-fitting hearing aid. In addition, Peter Røpke has more than 7 years of top management experience from companies listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen, which also complements the overall board competencies. These are exciting times in Audientes; the organization is in place, and shortly we will begin hearing aid production as well as sales in India and later the USA", says Povl-André Bendz, Chairman of the Board at Audientes A/S.
