Audeara Limited (ASX: AUA) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Audeara Limited (‘AUA’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of AUA, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 5 December 2024 or when the announcement is released to the market.

TRADING HALT REQUEST

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Audeara Limited (ASX:AUA) (Company) hereby requests that its securities be placed into an immediate trading halt pending an announcement regarding a capital raising.

The Company requests that trading in its securities be halted until after the expected announcement is made regarding the above or until the market opens on Thursday, 5 December 2024, whichever is the earlier.

The Company is not aware of any reason why this trading halt request should not be granted nor is there any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
