Audeara Limited (ASX:AUA) announces that Mr Stephen Buckley is appointed as Company Secretary.
Audeara Chairman David Trimboli noted “I would like to welcome Stephen to Audeara. Stephen brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in corporate governance and company secretariat over many years.”
Stephen Buckley is a director of Governance Corporate Pty Ltd, a company that provides specialised governance and company secretarial services to ASX listed companies. Stephen currently acts as company secretary for three other ASX listed entities.
