Audeara Limited (ASX: AUA) (‘Audeara’ or ‘the Company’) advises that the Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled to be convened at 11.00am (Brisbane Time) on Monday, 27 November 2023.
The AGM will be at the offices of Grant Thornton, King George Central, Level 18, 145 Ann Street, Brisbane Queensland.
In accordance with the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for receipt of director nominations to the Company from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director, is Monday, 16 October 2023. Any nominations must be received in writing at the Company’s registered office by 5.00pm (Brisbane Time).
The AGM materials will be produced and provided to shareholders in due course.
