Audeara Limited (ASX: AUA) (‘Audeara’ or ‘the Company’) advises that the Company will be providing online access to its Annual General Meeting (AGM), to commence at 11.00am (Brisbane Time) on Monday, 27 November 2023 via a webinar facility.

The webinar facility is being provided for stakeholders to listen to the formal aspects of the meeting and ask questions about the business of the Company.

The webinar will be conducted as a Zoom meeting and will be open from the commencement of the AGM - Click here to join the meeting[1]

If, as a shareholder, you wish to vote at the meeting, then you must either lodge your proxy votes by 11.00am (Brisbane Time) on Saturday, 25 November 2023 or attend in person at the offices of Grant Thornton on the day of the meeting.

The AGM will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton, King George Central, Level 18, 145 Ann Street, Brisbane Queensland. Shareholders attending the meeting in person will also have an opportunity to ask questions to management.

The meeting documents were despatched to shareholders on 26 October 2023 and lodged with the ASX on that day (see ASX announcement 26 October).
