UPDATE ON LOAN FACILITIES
20 JANUARY 2021
Audalia Resources Limited ( Audalia or the Company ) (ASX: ACP) advises that further to the ASX announcements of 24 March 2015, 25 September 2015, 8 August 2016, 16 March 2018 and 29 July 2019, in relation to the loan facility of A$2 million, the Company has negotiated a further extension of the repayment date of the loan facility from 20 November 2021 to 21 November 2022.
In addition, Audalia advises that further to the ASX announcement on 16 March 2019 and 29 July 2019 in relation to the loan facility of A$1 million, the Company has also negotiated an extension of the repayment date of the loan facility from 20 November 2021 to 20 November 2022.
Audalia continues to assess all funding alternatives to ensure that the Company can advance the approvals for the Medcalf Project.
