RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Audalia Resources Limited ( Audalia or the Company ) (ASX: ACP) advises that Dato Soo Kok Lim has resigned as a director and Executive Chairman of the Board, effective today, after 5 years of service with the Company.

Dato Lim steps down as a director due to increasing commitments abroad but remains a substantial shareholder of Audalia.

The directors thank Dato Lim for his support and guidance since the time of the Company’s IPO in 2011 and wish him well in his future pursuits.
