APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

3 SEPTEMBER 2015

Audalia Resources Limited ( Audalia ) (ASX: ACP) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Raymond Browning as a non-executive director of the Company.

Mr Browning is a qualified mechanical engineer with extensive operational and project experience in the mining industry. He has a background in development and operations management of mines and has assisted with structuring and developing feasibility studies and pilot process plants for large iron ore companies based in Western Australia.

Mr Browning has been working with the Company in a consulting role with responsibility for progressing the Company’s pre-feasibility study in relation to the Medcalf Project. He joins the Board of Audalia during an important phase of the Company’s development.
