Release of Shares from Voluntary Escrow
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, Sovereign Cloud Holdings Limited (ASX:SOV) (Sovereign Cloud or Company) advises that 10,165,123 fully paid ordinary shares (Shares) subject to voluntary escrow arrangements at the time that Sovereign Cloud was admitted to the official list of ASX, will be released from voluntary escrow at 4.00pm on 15 March 2021.
These Shares are already quoted on the ASX.
This announcement has been approved for release by the Sovereign Cloud Holdings Limited Board of Directors.
