Details of Sovereign Cloud Holdings Limited 2022 Annual General Meeting
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Sovereign Cloud Holdings Limited (ASX: SOV) (the Company) advises that the 2022 Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the Company (2022 AGM) will be held on Wednesday, 19 October 2022 at 10.00am (AEST) at the offices of Pitcher Partners, Level 38, 345 Queen Street, Brisbane, Queensland 4000.
The closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director of the Company at the 2022 AGM is Tuesday, 30 September 2022, which is 35 business days before the 2022 AGM, in accordance with rule 19.3(i) of the Company’s constitution.
