Auction Technology Group plc (the "Company")
Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs")
The Company announces that on 20 May 2022, the following Directors and PDMRs disposed of interests in the Company's ordinary shares of 0.01 pence for personal financial and estate planning purposes.
The Company has agreed to temporarily release Phil Michaelson, PDMR and Chief Executive Officer of Live Auctioneers LLC from the lock-up agreement disclosed in the circular issued by the Company on 4 August 2021 in respect of the number of shares set out in the Notification Form below. Further details of the RSU Shares allotted to and sold by Mr Michaelson can be found in the RNS announcements released by the Company on 20 January 2022 and 25 January 2022.
Following the transactions detailed in the PDMR Notification Dealing forms set out further below, the Directors' and PDMRs' remaining beneficial shareholdings in the Company's ordinary shares are as follows:
