Close to € 5 million in contracts signed in Italy in the space of a few weeks

Aubay's operations in Italy are maintaining and even accelerating their lasting return to double-digit growth, with the group signing a number of major contracts with various strategic clients.

First, Aubay Italy has extended its partnership with Italy's Post Office, having been selected to manage the main technical and software components of the new web portal for the Italian provider of postal, logistics and financial services.

Second, Telecom Italia has chosen the group's Italian team to handle a substantial part of the management and governance of its information systems, drawing on Aubay's service center expertise to improve the quality and industrialization of its processes.

The Dominic Foundation, an international organization whose vocation, amongst others, is to develop, finance and promote information technologies in emerging and developing countries, and the ITU (International Telecommunication Union) have also entrusted Aubay Italy with the development of a digital services platform called LUCY which is destined for the world's emerging countries. The first stages of development will begin by Tanzania this year.

Finally, Aubay Italy has signed several IS security and risk management projects with a leading energy sector operator.

These major projects which represent a global value of € 5 million are concrete proof of Aubay Italy's accurate positioning on its market and the efficiency of its teams.

What is more, given the substantial number of projects still under negotiation, the group's local management has every reason to be optimistic about the future.

In order to cement its position as a benchmark player, Aubay is targeting a payroll of over 800 employees for its operations in Italy within the next 3 years. Organic growth is the priority and, should the right opportunity present itself, will be enhanced by an external acquisition.
