Response to Market Speculation

Sydney, Australia,28 January 2025: Leading advisory and technology solutions provider Atturra Limited (ASX: ATA) ( Atturra ) notes recent market speculation that Atturra may be considering an acquisition of Project Delivery Services LLC doing business as Kitepipe ( Kitepipe ) – a US based Platinum Boomi Partner.

As previously announced to the ASX on 12 December 2023 and on 15 October 2024, Atturra has an active M&A strategy and is in ongoing conversations with several companies and can confirm that one of these companies is Kitepipe. However, at this stage, the discussions between Atturra and Kitepipe are preliminary and incomplete. There is no guarantee or assurance that the transaction can be agreed and will proceed on terms acceptable to Atturra.

Atturra will keep the market informed in accordance with its continuous disclosure obligations. Atturra is not aware of any other matter requiring disclosure under the ASX listing rules and confirms it is in compliance with ASX Listing Rule 3.1.
