Release of Securities from Voluntary Escrow

Sydney, Australia, 21 November 2024: Leading advisory and technology solutions provider Atturra Limited (ASX: ATA) ( Atturra ) advises that 1,753,838 fully paid ordinary shares ( Escrowed Shares ) will be released from voluntary escrow on 30 November 2024. The escrow arrangements were in connection with the acquisition of Silverdrop Education Pty Ltd and Sabervox Pty Ltd as announced on 20 July 2023 and 6 September 2023 respectively.
