2025 Annual General Meeting
Sydney, 18 August 2025 – Atturra Limited (ASX: ATA or “ Atturra ” or the “ Company ”), a leading advisory and technology services business in designing, implementing, and maintaining IT solutions, advises that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Atturra is scheduled for 10:00AM (Sydney time) on Tuesday, 14 October 2025 as a virtual meeting.
Further details regarding the AGM will be confirmed in due course.
In accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.1, Listing Rule 14.3 and clause 20.5(a)(iii) of the Company’s Constitution, nominations for election of directors at the AGM must be received no less than 35 Business Days before the meeting, being no later than Monday, 25 August 2025.
