COMPLETION OF THE PURCHASE OF A PROPERTY LOCATED AT 186 TAGORE LANE, SINGAPORE

The Board of Directors (the “ Board ”) of Attika Group Ltd. (the “ Company ” together with its subsidiaries, the “ Group ”) refers to its announcement dated 13 August 2025 in relation to the exercise of an Option to Purchase (“ Option ”) by the Company’s indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Attika 186 Tagore Pte. Ltd.. The Option was granted by Liang Seng Heng Industries Pte. Ltd. (“ Vendor ”) to acquire a property located at 186 Tagore Lane, Singapore 787583 (the “ Acquisition ”).

Unless otherwise defined herein or the context otherwise requires, all capitalised terms in this announcement shall have the meanings defined in the Company’s announcement dated 13 August 2025.

The Board is pleased to update Shareholders that the Acquisition has been completed on 13 November 2025.
