2026 Financial Calendar

CrediaBank announces the financial calendar for 2026:

5 March 2026	Announcement of Full Year 2025 Financial Results and publication of Annual Report
21 May 2026	Announcement of First Quarter 2026 Financial Results
9 July 2026	Annual General Meeting*
9 September 2026	Announcement of First Half 2026 Financial Results
12 November 2026	Announcement of Nine Month 2026 Financial Results

^*The Board of Directors will propose to the Annual General Meeting of shareholders the non-distribution of dividend for the fiscal year 2025.

Τhe financial results of each period will be announced after the end of trading of the Athens Exchange on the Bank's website (https://www.crediabank.com/en/group/investorrelations/financial-results/) and on the website of the Athens Stock Exchange (https://www.athexgroup.gr/en) and the briefing of institutional investors and analysts via teleconference will take place the following day.
