Attendo publishes Annual Report and Quality and Sustainability Report for 2018

Today Attendo AB has presented its Annual Report and Quality and Sustainability Report for 2018. The reports give a detailed overview of Attendo's operations, financial performance and contribution to society. In connection to the reports, Attendo has reviewed its customer promises.

"2018 was an eventful year for Attendo, where we made important progress but also saw new challenges arise. Against this background, we have reviewed our long-term promises, and clarified what we want to achieve", says Martin Tivéus, Attendo's CEO.

The report formulates three main customer promises:

  • Attendo shall have the highest customer satisfaction in every operational location
  • Attendo shall stand for high and stable quality of care and be the leader in quality improvement
  • Attendo shall be the provider that gives local authorities the most care for money spent

"When we attain these goals, I am convinced that we will also remain the provider able to establish the most new nursing homes and, long-term, achieve the objective of being the most respected care provider. At the same time, we are making a vital contribution to developing a sustainable society by providing individualized, high-quality care that covers more people", says Tivéus.

In the Quality and Sustainability Report, a selection of tidbits from the daily work in Attendo's operations are reported, based on Attendo's sustainability goals. There is also a more detailed account of sustainability indicators based on Nasdaq's guidelines for sustainability reporting.
