Attendo's acquisition of Mikeva has been approved by the competition authorities

As announced in an earlier press release of 31 May 2017, Attendo has agreed to acquire Mikeva, a leading care provider in Finland. The acquisition has now been approved by the The Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (FCCA).

The approval does not require any special terms or concessions by Attendo.

Mikeva will therefore be consolidated in Attendo's financial accounts from 1 November 2017.
