New number of shares and votes in Attendo AB (publ)

The total number of outstanding shares and votes in Attendo AB (publ) as of 30 May 2025 amounts to 151,196,126.

The number of shares and votes in Attendo has changed during May as a result of the Annual General Meeting 2025 resolving on a reduction of the share capital with cancellation of 8,907,064 own shares, which was registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office in May.

The total number of shares and votes in the company amounts to 151,196,126.
