Press release, 14 September 2016

New business area organisation in care for older people in Scandinavia

Attendo is bringing together its care for older people in Scandinavia under a unified leadership. A simpler and clearer organisation improves Attendo's ability to offer high-quality care services, to grow in own operations and to develop the business.

Attendo's operations within care for older people in Scandinavia have until now had a leadership that has been shared between Ammy Wehlin and Margareta Nyström. Ammy Wehlin will now become the sole Business Area Director for care for older people in Scandinavia. In connection with this, Margareta Nyström will leave her role and Attendo.

"Margareta has been a key person in Attendo for 23 years. She has gone all the way from licensed nurse to Business Area Director and has played an important role in the development of Attendo. I would like to thank Margareta for her great contributions in developing Attendo and the care sector in Sweden, and I wish her all the best for the future", says Henrik Borelius, President and CEO.
