AT&S Austria Technologie & Systemtechnik AG has been included in the new selective technology index TecDAX of Deutsche Boerse Frankfurt as of February 11, 2003. So far the company has been part of the Nemax50 index. Since January 1, 2003 AT&S is listed in the Frankfurt Prime Standard segment, until that date AT&S was a Neuer Markt company. AT&S is a leading provider of electronic interconnection solutions and ranks among the world’s top tier group in processing HDI/MV PCBs. In a consolidating business environment AT&S is successful in gaining market shares. At the same time the company generates sustainable profits, thereby improving its already strong equity structure. Ramp-up of the Chinese plant is according to plan. The new facility strengthens AT&S’s strategic position and its long lasting ties to key customers such as Nokia, Siemens, or Motorola. Total Revenues for fiscal 2002-03 (ending March 31, 2003) are expected to come in at around EUR 275mn with EPS of around EUR 0.30 for the same period (unchanged).
