Leoben – The Management Board of AT&S decided today, subject to the approval of the Supervisory Board, to propose a dividend of € 0.40 per share (PY: € 0.78 per share and special dividend of € 0.12 per share) for the financial year 2022/23 to the 29 th Annual General Meeting on July 6, 2023.
The annual results for the financial year 2022/23 will be published on May 16, 2023 and the Annual Report on
June 8, 2023.
