Offer to Acquire PCB Business of AIK Electronics Accepted Ad-hoc-announcement transmitted by DGAP. The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– Leoben, Austria, January 16, 2003: The offer to take over the printed circuit board business of AIK Electronics Austria has been accepted by the seller. The take-over will become effective February 1, 2003. AT&S acquires 77% of the business, 23% are taken over by a local holding company. In the next fiscal year 2003/2004 this transaction is expected to generate revenues of around EUR 14 million while not affecting net income. The purchase price was not revealed.
