The sender is solely responsible for the contents of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– AT&S decides about CEO Dörflinger’s succession Harald Sommerer becomes CEO on 1 July 2005, Heinz Moitzi appointed as COO starting with April 2005 (Vienna; 8.11.2004) – The Supervisory Board of AT&S decided in its meeting of 8 November 2004 on the composition of the future Executive Board. Harald Sommerer is appointed CEO starting on 1 July 2005. His contract has been extended for another five years. Heinz Moitzi, former Plant Head in Leoben and Project Manager as well as COO for the Shanghai Plant of AT&S and currently Vice-President Production has been appointed Member of the Board, responsible for Production, Quality Management and Research and Development, taking over from Willi Dörflinger on 1 April 2005. The position of Chief Financial Officer is unmodified held by Steen Hansen.
