COMUNICACIÓN DE OTRA INFORMACIÓN RELEVANTE

En virtud de lo previsto en el artículo 17 del Reglamento (UE) nº 596/2014 sobre abuso de mercado y en el artículo 228 del texto refundido de la Ley del Mercado de Valores, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 4/2015, de 23 de octubre, y disposiciones concordantes, así como en la Circular 3/2020 de BME MTF Equity, ponemos en su conocimiento:

Admisión a negociación de las acciones de ATRYS HEALTH, S.A.:

Una vez revisada la documentación remitida por Atrys Health, S.A. (la "Sociedad"), la Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (la "CNMV") ha verificado el cumplimiento de los requisitos necesarios para la admisión a negociación de la totalidad de las acciones de la Sociedad, es decir, 61.389.673 acciones de 0,01 euros de valor nominal cada una de ellas, en las Bolsas de Valores de Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao y Valencia.

En este sentido, el folleto informativo relativo a la admisión a negociación de las acciones de la Sociedad ha sido inscrito en los registros oficiales de la CNMV. El referido folleto informativo está a disposición del mercado en formato electrónico en las páginas web de la CNMV (www.cnmv.es) y de la Sociedad (www.atryshealth.com) y está formado por el documento de registro y la nota de valores inscritos en los registros oficiales de la CNMV el día 3 de febrero de 2022.

Está previsto que mañana, viernes 4 de febrero de 2022,sea el último día de negociación de las acciones en el segmento BME Growth de BME MTF Equity ("BME Growth")y que el lunes, día 7 de febrero de 2022, se haga efectiva la exclusión de negociación de la totalidad de las acciones de la Sociedad del BME Growth y la simultánea admisión a negociación de las mismas en las Bolsas de Valores de Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao y Valencia, así como su inclusión en el Sistema de Interconexión Bursátil Español (SIBE).

En caso de producirse una variación de las referidas fechas, la Sociedad lo comunicará lo antes posible al mercado y a BME Growth mediante la publicación de la correspondiente comunicación de otra información relevante.

By virtue of the provisions of article 17 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse and article 228 of the revised text of the Securities Market Law, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 4/2015, of 23 October, and related provisions, as well as in Circular 3/2020 of BME MTF Equity, we inform you:

Admission to trading of ATRYS HEALTH S.A.´ shares:

Once having reviewed the documentation filed by Atrys Health, S.A. (the "Company"), the National Securities Market Commission (the "CNMV") has verified compliance with the necessary requirements for admission to trading of all the Company's shares, that is, 61,389,673 shares of 0.01 euros of nominal value each, on the Stock Exchanges of Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao and Valencia.

In this regard, the prospectus regarding the admission to trading of the Company's shares has been registered in the official records of the CNMV. The prospectus is available to the Market in electronic format on the websites of the CNMV (www.cnmv.es) and ATRYS (www.atryshealth.com) and is made up of the registration document and the securities note registered in the official registers of the CNMV on February 3rd, 2022.

It is expected that tomorrow, Friday, February 4, 2022, will be the last day of trading of the shares in the BME Growth segment of BME MTF Equity ("BME Growth") and that on Monday, February 7, 2022, will become effective the delisting of all the Company's shares from BME Growth and their simultaneous admission to trading on the Madrid and Barcelona, Bilbao and Valencia Stock Exchanges as well as its inclusion in the Spanish Stock Market Interconnection System (SIBE).

In the event of a change in the aforementioned dates, the Company will inform the Market and BME Growth as soon as possible through the publication of the corresponding communication of other relevant information.
