Atria Plc to start the repurchase of its own shares

Atria Plc Company announcement 20 March 2023 at 3.00 pm Atria Plc to start the repurchase of its own shares The Board of Directors of Atria Plc has decided to use the authorisation granted by the Annual General Meeting on 3 May 2022 to repurchase the company's own A -series shares. The maximum number of shares to be repurchased is 100 000, which corresponds to approximately 0.35 per cent of the total number of the company's shares. The A-shares will be repurchased using the company's unrestricted equity capital and the repurchases will be recorded as a deduction from the company's unrestricted equity capital reserve. The shares will be repurchased for use as part of the company's incentive programme and otherwise than in proportion to the shares held by the shareholders through public trading on Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd at the market price prevailing at the time of repurchase.
