Atria records a goodwill write-down of EUR 9.1 million

The challenging market environment in Estonia has weakened the expected return
of Atria Baltic's business. As a result of impairment testing, Atria has
decided to make a EUR 9.1 million goodwill write-down during the last quarter
of 2015. The write-down will be allocated to the Atria Baltic segment.

The write-down will affect EBIT. The write-down will have no effect on cash
flow.
