Notification of change in shareholding under the Finnish Securities Markets Act In accordance with Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act, we hereby announce that Atria Plc has received the following announcement from Artio Global Management LLC concerning changes in their holding in Atria. As a result of a share transaction concluded on 20 March 2009 the holding of Artio Global Management LCC, has fallen below five (5) percent of the share capital of Atria Plc. In accordance with the announcement of Artio Global Management LLC, the holdings are as follows: The current holding of Artio Global Management LLC: - Number of A Shares: 1,409,752 - Proportion of shares and votes: 4.99 % of share capital, 1.27% of votes Shareholder's full name and business identity code: Artio Global Management LLC, New York, business identity code 43-2047412.
