Atria Plc, company announcement, insider information, 20 December 2023, at 12.30 pm Insider information: Atria records approximately EUR 40 million in goodwill impairments General economic uncertainty, cost inflation and increased market interest rates have affected consumers' purchasing power and weakened the present value of cash flow forecasts, especially in Atria Sweden and Atria Denmark. Due to these reasons, Atria writes down approximately EUR 20 million of goodwill allocated to Atria Sweden and approximately EUR 20 million of goodwill allocated to Atria Denmark.
