Atria issues EUR 50 million bond

Seinäjoki, Finland, 2013-03-21 15:30 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ATRIA PLC COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT 21 MARCH 2013 AT 16.30 PM Atria issues EUR 50 million bond Atria Plc has resolved to issue a EUR 50 million fixed rate unsecured bond. The funds will be used for refinancing and general corporate purposes of the group. The loan period is five (5) years and the bond pays a coupon of 4.375 percent.
