Change in Atria Plc's Board of Directors: Jaana Viertola-Truini leaves the Board
of Directors

Jaana Viertola-Truini is resigning from Atria Plc's Board of Directors due to
commitments arising from her new job responsibilities. The resignation is
effective today, 9 July 2025. Viertola-Truini was appointed to Atria Plc's Board
of Directors at the spring Annual General Meeting on 24 April 2025.

• I would like to thank Jaana Viertola-Truini for her contribution to Atria's
  Board of Directors and would have hoped for it to continue longer. During her
  short tenure, she managed to bring constructive insights into the development of
  Atria's business and contributed to the Atria's strategic process, says Seppo
  Paavola, Chairman of Atria Plc's Board of Directors.

According to Atria's Articles of Association, the Board of Directors shall
consist of a minimum of five and a maximum of nine members. The Board of
Directors of Atria will continue with eight members for the time being.
