New Atria Russia top management organisation launched

ATRIA PLC COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT 10 February 2009, 8 am New Atria Russia top management organisation launched Mr. Juha Ruohola, Group Vice President for Atria Russia, has been appointed as General Manager of OOO Campomos. He continues also as Group Vice President for Atria Russia. Juha Ruohola reports to Mr. Matti Tikkakoski, President & CEO, Atria Plc. Mr. Sergey Ivanchenko has been appointed as General Manager, OOO Pit Product and General Manager & Director, Atria Russia. Ivanchenko has been working in Atria Russia as Financial Director since 2006. Ivanchenko reports to Juha Ruohola. Mr. Christian Poschik has resigned from this position as General Manager of OOO Campomos. All above mentioned changes are valid from February 10, 2009. Atria aims to be one of the leading meat processing companies in the European part of Russia. In order to strengthen this development, Atria has launched the new organisation structure for Atria Russia. Atria Russia will be formed operationally from two previously separate companies; OOO Pit Product and OOO Campomos. Combining the organizations and main operations, Atria will be more competitive and stronger player in the Russian market.
