Atrato Onsite Energy plc, announces that on 23 November 2021, the following PCA's of Steve Windsor, PDMR of the Company and a Director of the Company's Investment Adviser, Atrato Capital Limited, held Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each in the Company, immediately following admission of the Ordinary Shares of the Company to the premium segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market.
