The Board of Atrato Onsite Energy plc (LSE: ROOF) announces that as previously indicated in the announcement made on 12 April 2023, Marlene Wood, non-executive Director, has resigned from the Board with immediate effect. Duncan Neale was appointed as Audit Chair on 12 April.
