Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Kurumsal Yönetim Tebliği'nde (II-17.1) yer alan Kurumsal Yönetim İlkelerinden 4.2.8. maddesi hükmü gereği, Gulf Sigorta tarafından Ata Holding ve poliçe şartları dahilinde bağlı ortaklıklarını kapsayacak şekilde 01.01.2026 tarihine kadar geçerli ve 7.500.000.-USD'ye kadar sorumluluk limiti olan yönetici sorumluluk sigortası yapılmış olup, Şirketimiz de bu poliçe hükümlerinden faydalanmaktadır.

In accordance with Article 4.2.8 of the Corporate Governance Principles outlined in the Capital Markets Board's Corporate Governance Communiqué (II-17.1), a directors and officers liability insurance policy has been obtained by Gulf Sigorta, covering Ata Holding and its subsidiaries under the terms of the policy. This insurance policy is valid until 01.01.2026 , with a liability limit of 7,500,000 USD , and our Company also benefits from the provisions of this policy.
