Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 23.06.2025 tarihli kararıyla;

• Şirketimizin stratejik hedefleri doğrultusunda, sürdürülebilir büyüme ve kurumsal gelişim vizyonunun güçlendirilmesi amacıyla, Genel Müdür'e bağlı olarak görev yapacak Büyümeden Sorumlu Kıdemli Genel Müdür Yardımcısı pozisyonu oluşturulmuştur.
• Söz konusu pozisyona Sayın Onur YAVUZ'un 23.06.2025 tarihi itibarıyla atanmasına karar verilmiştir.
• Sayın Onur YAVUZ'un, Büyümeden Sorumlu Kıdemli Genel Müdür Yardımcısı görevi kapsamında bağlı ortaklığımız Tradesoft (Shanghai) IT CO., LTD. şirketindeki Çin operasyonlarının da şirketimiz bünyesinde kendisi yürütmeye devam edecektir.

Pursuant to the resolution adopted by our Company's Board of Directors on 23.06.2025:

In line with our Company's strategic objectives and with the aim of strengthening our vision for sustainable growth and corporate development, a new position titled Chief Growth Officer (CGO) has been established, reporting directly to the General Manager.

It has been resolved that Mr. Onur YAVUZ shall be appointed to this position as of 23.06.2025.

Within the scope of his new role as Chief Growth Officer, Mr. Onur YAVUZ will continue to manage the China operations of our subsidiary, Tradesoft (Shanghai) IT CO., LTD., under the organizational structure of our Company.
